Basic Kettlebell Circuit

Complete 3-4 Rounds

1) Swing x 10-15 reps

2) Deadlift x 10-12 reps

3) Single Arm Row (weaker arm) x 10-12 reps

4) Single Arm Row (stronger arm) x 10-12 reps

Challenge:  Add 30 secs of lunges, squats, pushups or jumps in between circuit rounds.

How fast can you complete 3 rounds?  4 rounds?  Time yourself!

Tips:  Rest when you need to!  30 seconds is a good amount of time to rest when you reach fatigue.
